Bu iade koşulları, Zertucha Creative Studio üzerinden satın alınan tüm hizmet ve dijital ürünler için geçerlidir. Amacımız, müşterilerimize şeffaf, güvenilir ve adil bir alışveriş deneyimi sunmaktır.

2. Dijital Hizmetlerde İade

Dijital hizmetler (sosyal medya paketleri, grafik tasarım, danışmanlık vb.) anında erişilebilir ürünler olduğundan, satın alım tamamlandıktan ve hizmete başlanıldıktan sonra iade yapılmamaktadır. Ancak, hizmet sunumunda teknik bir problem yaşanması durumunda tarafımızla iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

3. Hizmet Başlamadan İptal

Eğer satın alınan hizmet henüz başlatılmadıysa, müşteri talebiyle iptal edilebilir ve ücretin tamamı iade edilir. Hizmetin başlamış olması halinde, kısmi veya tam iade hakkı bulunmamaktadır.

4. Özel Durumlar

Beklenmedik teknik sorunlar veya tarafımızdan kaynaklanan hizmet aksaklıkları durumunda, müşteriye kısmi veya tam iade yapılabilir.

5. İade Süreci

İade onaylandığında, ödemeniz satın alımda kullandığınız yöntemle 5-10 iş günü içerisinde hesabınıza yansıtılır. Banka veya ödeme sağlayıcısından kaynaklanan gecikmelerden firmamız sorumlu değildir.

6. İletişim

İade ve iptal talepleriniz için bizimle iletişim sayfamız üzerinden ya da WhatsApp hattımızdan iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

These return conditions apply to all services and digital products purchased through Zertucha Creative Studio. Our goal is to provide our customers with a transparent, reliable, and fair shopping experience.

2. Returns for Digital Services

Since digital services (social media packages, graphic design, consulting, etc.) are instantly accessible products, returns are not made after the purchase is completed and the service has started. However, if you experience a technical problem in the service delivery, you can contact us.

3. Cancellation Before Service Starts

If the purchased service has not yet been started, it can be canceled at the request of the customer and the full fee will be refunded. If the service has started, there is no right to partial or full refund.

4. Special Cases

In case of unexpected technical problems or service disruptions caused by us, a partial or full refund can be made to the customer.

5. Return Process

When the return is approved, your payment will be reflected to your account with the method you used in the purchase within 5-10 business days. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.
