How do you ensure the security of our website? What is your action plan in case of a possible cyber attack or crash?
Answer: We carry out our security processes with a proactive (preventive) protection philosophy. On the server side, we constantly keep firewalls and SSL/TLS certificates up to date and check port vulnerabilities. Thanks to our automation that monitors our systems in real time, we are instantly notified of a possible outage or unusual traffic density. In addition, we keep full backups of your project isolated on both on-server and cloud-based external servers; Thus, even in the worst-case scenario, we can restore your system within minutes without any loss.
Will there be any interruption or interface breakage (down-time) on our website while updates are made?
Answer: Absolutely not. In order not to interrupt the user experience in the production environment, we first test all critical updates and code changes on an isolated test server (staging environment), which is an exact copy of your project. After we are 100% sure that the design, forms and functions work without errors, we push the updates to the live system asynchronously during night hours when web traffic is lowest.
