Dentis — Dental Clinic Management System

Dentis is a web application designed and developed from scratch to enable dental clinics to manage their daily operations from a single screen. It carries all the processes of the clinic to the digital environment, from patient registration to appointment tracking, from prescription creation to laboratory work orders. 🏥 Patient Management

Dentis name-surname, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, gender and medical history (anamnesis) information are recorded for each patient. Thanks to the history field, the doctor can see the patient's allergies or chronic conditions before starting treatment. Search and filtering can be done in the patient list, and patients whose birthdays are approaching are automatically reminded on the dashboard. All patient data can be exported in Excel format.

📅 Appointment System

Dentis appointment module provides a visual calendar and list view. Appointments can be moved to different days and times by drag-and-drop. Doctor-based filtering ensures that each physician sees his or her own schedule. The system automatically checks for conflicting appointments and warns the user. The status of each appointment (Scheduled / Completed / Cancelled) is tracked and upcoming appointments are shown as notifications.

💊 Treatment and Price Management

Dentis clinic-specific treatment definitions and price lists can be created. By assigning a treatment to the appointment record, it is recorded which procedure the patient had and at what cost. Thanks to treatment-based income analysis, it can be reported which services generate how much income.

📋 Digital Prescription

Doctors can create digital prescriptions for their patients via Dentis. The drug name, dosage and instructions for use are entered in each prescription. The created prescription, along with the clinic logo and information, can be downloaded in PDF format and given to the patient. Past prescriptions can be listed on a patient basis.

🔬 Laboratory Tracking

Dentis laboratory module creates a work order for laboratory works such as dentures and crowns. Laboratory name, job type, tooth number, color code, shipping and expected delivery date are recorded on each work order. The job status is tracked step by step as “Sent → In Process → Arrived → Delivered”. Cost information is entered and the work order can be printed as PDF.

📦 Stock and Inventory Tracking

Drugs and consumables used in the clinic are tracked in the Dentis stock module. For each product, the category, unit (box, piece, bottle), available quantity and minimum stock level are defined. When the stock falls below the critical level, a warning is displayed on the dashboard. The most used medications can be viewed as a report.

💳 Payment Management

Dentis payment module Payments made in cash, credit card or money order/EFT are recorded. Patient-based debit-credit status is calculated automatically. Monthly income graphs are displayed on the dashboard and payment receipts can be printed out.

👥 User and Role Management

There are five different user roles in the system: Super Admin (manages all clinics), Admin (clinic manager), Doctor, Staff and Patient. Different access permissions are defined for each role. Users can be added, edited, active or passive. The last login date and IP address are recorded. When the password is forgotten, a reset link will be sent via e-mail. 📊 Dashboard and Reporting

Dentis main dashboard summarizes the daily status of the clinic at a glance: total number of patients, today's appointments, monthly revenue graphs, upcoming appointments, birthday reminders, critical stock alerts and most used medications are listed here.

📢 Announcement System

Announcements can be created throughout the clinic. Announcements at information, warning and critical levels are defined and automatically displayed to all users.

🏢 SaaS — Multi-Clinical Infrastructure

Dentis has a SaaS infrastructure that can serve multiple clinics with a single installation. New clinics can be created, suspended or deleted from the Super Admin panel. Each clinic works in isolation with its own data; A clinic's data is completely independent from other clinics. Three different subscription packages are offered:

• Starter Plan (2.500 ₺/month): 1 Manager, 1 Staff
• Gold Plan (5,000 ₺/month): 1 Manager, 1 Doctor, 1 Staff
• Premium Plan (10,000 ₺/month):Unlimited user access

Clinics can submit package upgrade requests, and Super Admin can approve or reject these requests. Features such as database backup, system status monitoring and clinical impersonation (temporary management) are also managed from this panel.

⚙️ System Settings and Customization

Each clinic can define its own name, address, telephone, logo and website on Dentis. Login screen background image and logo can be customized. By entering SMTP e-mail settings, password reset and notification e-mails can be sent from the clinic's own e-mail server. The footer text of the prescriptions is also edited in this section.

🔐 Security

Dentis offers secure session management. With the “Remember Me” option, the session is kept in localStorage or sessionStorage according to user preference. The clinic ID is automatically included in all API requests; so that the user of one clinic cannot access the data of another clinic. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and stored in the database.

📱 Mobile Compatibility

All pages are designed to be responsive. On mobile devices, tables switch to accordion view, buttons are presented in sizes suitable for touch use (44-48 pixels) and forms are arranged to be used comfortably on mobile.

🎨 User Experience

Dentis has a modern and minimal interface. Thanks to tab-based multitasking support, you can quickly switch between different modules such as patients, appointments, and payments by switching tabs. Tabs can be reordered by drag-and-drop. Full screen mode, notification center and quick access buttons make daily use easy.
