VIP Transfer & Chauffeur Service Web Platform

VIP Transfer Platform — Fully Integrated Reservation and Management System

This project is the web platform at transfer.zertucha.com, which offers luxury transfer and private chauffeur services for the Swiss and German markets. It is built on a special PHP MVC architecture written entirely from scratch, without using any ready-made CMS or framework.

Scope of the Project

The client side and the management panel are combined in a single code base. Platform running on https://transfer.zertucha.com; It combines the functions of taking reservations, processing online payments, offering multilingual content and managing all operational data from a central admin panel.

Reservation and Payment Infrastructure

The customer selects the departure/destination point, date/time and vehicle via the form on the home page. Instant price calculation is made with AJAX; The price is obtained by multiplying the vehicle base price and the route multiplier. After the form is submitted, the user is directed to the Stripe Checkout page.

• Twint — Swiss payment method only activated when CHF is selected
• Payment status is updated instantly with Stripe Webhook integration
• When the payment infrastructure is deactivated, the system continues to operate in cash payment mode

Additional services such as baby seat, cold drinks, Meet & Greet and champagne can be selected at the time of booking; Each one is recorded in the database with its own price. This flow on transfer.zertucha.com allows the user to complete their reservation without leaving a single page.

Vehicle Fleet Management

You can add, edit and sort vehicles from the admin panel. For each vehicle, passenger capacity, luggage capacity, base price, multilingual name/type and features list (in JSON format) are defined. The display order can be adjusted with drag-drop sorting.

Multilingual Content System

The platform operates in German and English. The language detection order is: URL parameter, cookie, browser language header, system default. Separate translation tables are available for each content type. Thanks to Google Cloud Translation API integration, missing translations can be filled automatically from the admin panel.

For SEO purposes, hreflang tags are automatically added to each page. All translations can be exported and imported in JSON format. This infrastructure supports the correct positioning of transfer.zertucha.com in search engines in the Swiss and German markets.

Admin Panel Features

The admin panel, consisting of 19 modules, manages the entire content and operation of the site from a single point. There is a super admin / standard admin privilege distinction.

Security Architecture

CSRF token protection is implemented in all POST forms. Admin passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Database operations are executed with PDO prepared statement; htmlspecialchars() is used for XSS protection. HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) are set on the server side. MIME type whitelist control is applied to file uploads.
