Opal is a productivity app that offers app blocking, screen time limits, focus sessions, and usage statistics to make iPhone use more controlled.

For example, you can prevent Instagram, TikTok or other distracting applications from opening while you are working for a certain period of time.

Focus Timer, you can start a focus session for a specific period of time.

One of Opal's newer features is Screen Time Passcode. Opal's access can be prevented easily by using the Screen Time password on devices running iOS 26.4 and above. Thus, the user has a harder time disabling the rule he/she has set at his/her own discretion.

The app also features the Opal Score system, which tries to track usage time through a single score.
