• Which tool do you use when you want to collect feedback from your followers, open a registration form for an event/workshop, receive an order/quote request from your customers, or conduct a survey for your thesis research? Google Forms works, but its design is quite dated and formal; Other modern and stylish form sites (e.g. Typeform or Jotform) have a free plan "You may only get 10 or 100 responses a month, the 11th person can't fill out the form!" and immediately forces you into expensive subscriptions. Here is Europe based Tally.so allows you to create very stylish and modern forms and unlimited forms and unlimited submissions even in the free plan!

Using Tally is as easy as typing plain text in Word or Notion: You type your title on a blank page, / (slash) and press Multiple Choice Question, Email Box, File Upload, Star Rating, Calendar Selector or Electronic Signature block with just one click! Moreover, it is only offered in expensive packages on other sites "Conditional Logic" (If choosing option A, skip to question 3) and Auto save to Notion / Google Sheets features are completely free on Tally!

• STEP BY STEP USE:

  1. From your browser https://tally.so/; top right "Create form" button (You can open a free account to publish the form).

  2. Write a Turkish title for your form and go to the bottom line and type /; Select the question type you want to add (Multiple choice, Short answer, Rating, File upload etc.).

  3. To change the language of the form (Next, Submit, Required field warnings) to Turkish, click "Settings" > "Language"from the menuTurkish!

  4. To automatically drop incoming responses into an Excel/Spreadsheet list "Integrations"from the tabGoogle Sheets or Notion account with one click.

  5. Top right "Publish" button; Send the short share link given to your followers/customers or "Embed".

• REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS: Number of forms you can create and number of responses you can receive in the free plan unlimited (A fair use policy applies; the free limit is 10MB on a single file upload and there is a small "Made with Tally" badge). Removing this badge will change your own custom domain (form.yoursite.com) and $29 per month for businesses that want to limit file uploads to unlimitedTally Pro plan available.
