1. Parties
This agreement covers the service agreement between Zertucha Creative Studio and the customer.
2. Scope of Service
Services offered; It includes social media management, content production, graphic design, consultancy and similar digital services.
3. Payment and Billing
The customer is obliged to make the full or prepayment of the fee determined for the start of the service. All payments are invoiced in accordance with legal regulations.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made before the service starts will be refunded. Refund conditions after service starts return policy principles.
5. Responsibilities
The company is obliged to provide services in a timely and complete manner. The customer is responsible for providing the necessary information and materials on time.
6. Competent Court
Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye are authorized in case of disputes that may arise between the parties.

The company is obliged to provide the services on time and completely. The client is responsible for providing the necessary information and materials on time.
6. Authorized Court
In case of disputes between the parties, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Republic of Turkey are authorized.
